Two hearts. A second chance. Everything on the line…
Ryan “West” Westlake belongs on the island. It’s in his blood and who he is. Nobody can deny that. When Piper Harland walked out of his life years ago, West let her go. He’d never stand in the way of a woman and her dreams. But now that she’s back, their past smacks him right in the face. With tempers flared and desires heightened, West just might realise what he lost so long ago.
Piper would do anything for her brother—even if means going back to Stewart Island—the one place she swore she’d never go again. As a member of the elite New Zealand Police Dive Team, Piper is forced to return to her hometown. When she confronts the demons of her past, old feelings of grief, pain, and a lost love come flooding back. Without drowning, can Piper wade through the pain of her past and find a future with the one who shattered her heart?

What Readers are saying about In Too Deep:
A gem of a small town romance set in gorgeous New Zealand. Heartfelt and romantic, I was rooting for Piper and Ryan all the way! (USA Today Bestselling Author, Kylie Gilmore)
There were so many wonderful things about this book. Sassy Piper, smart-ass West, the stunning New Zealand setting, the romance, the small town community…just so much to love. The writing was clever, witty, funny, clean, and flawless. This author is perfect for people who like authors like Jill Shalvis and Bella Andre, although she has her own unique New Zealand voice. (Amazon Review)
Five stars for Tracey Alvarez’s HOT, humorous, and highly enjoyable romance, In Too Deep. Once again an author gave me insomnia, but it was well worth it. The story of a strong, intelligent, and seemingly fearless heroine who made her way to the “big city” to follow her dreams and the boy who stayed behind is a trope that has been told many times, perhaps more often with the roles reversed. However, there is nothing tired about Alvarez’s interpretation and, in fact, she has so many fabulous plot twists in this romance that at times I felt like I was reading a thriller. But no, it’s simply that she knows how to engage and interest the reader from cover to cover. (Fab Fantasy Fiction)
This book was so much fun! An all-around great read with fantastic characters, a solid plot, and a delicious romance, I am so glad it’s first in a series because Due South is definitely a fictitious establishment I’m going to be returning to more than once. (Becky on Books and Quilts)
